E-Careers Policies and Guidelines
1. Privacy
E-Careers respects
your personal information and protects it with its highest level
of security. Your personal information is ONLY accessible to E-Careers,
the course sponsor, and the designated regulatory association, and
will NEVER be sold or given to outside organisations without your
permission.
2. Security and Credit Cards
E-Careers uses
the same level of security that financial institutions use to guard
your personal data. Credit card numbers are not stored on the E-Careers
system. You may update or change your other billing information
at any time. For security reasons, we will never re-display entire
credit card numbers in readable form and all credit card transactions
will be handled by our secure server. We do not offer non-secure
transactions.
3. Cookies
E-Careers uses
cookies to track your progress through a course. The cookie contains
only your User ID. If you have questions concerning the use of cookies,
please contact our Technical support department for additional information.
4. Refunds
If a course
is booked or reserved and a valid request to cancel is received in writing
within 7 days of your order then you refund will be fully granted subject to the below conditions:

For any refund, an administration fee of £75 +VAT will be charged.
Once a course has been accessed, we cannot grant a refund.

There can be no refunds for any discounted courses or special offers, this includes any standard or custom packages that have been reduced below the standard on screen price.
Note. All external exam vouchers must be
used within the 12 months course access.
5. Complaint Resolution
Customer complaints
are handled by the Technical Support Department, which is empowered
to handle and resolve customer complaints. In the event you are
still dissatisfied, the E-Careers operations management will address
your complaint.
6. Server & Course Improvements
to us continually
improving and upgrading our courses and security there may be an
occasion where you will be unable to access your course. Please
be assured that this time will be kept to a minimum and is in the
interest of our learners. E-careers strive constantly to supply our students with the latest, up to date courses that are in demand today. However, as we supply over 2,000 IT training courses in the world's fastest changing industry today, there can be periods between the creation of new software, hardware, certifications and the release of a fully functional Interactive training course that will meet our high standards. A course becoming 'out of date' can also be due to the awarding body deciding to alter, change, replace or simply cease the exam. These events are beyond the control of E-Careers and so E-Careers can not accept any responsibility for any previously purchased course becoming invalid for certification purposes.
7. Exams
All exam voucher packages have a maximum total value of £100 per test. For multiple exam packages the total exam credit available must not exceed the number of exams agreed multiplied by £100. Exam credits will be given only on exam booking.
*Please note our online courses offer only course completion certificates and in all cases official testing is required to gain officially certified recognised qualifications.
