| Hi Jason, the easiest way to get into an IT job once you have gained your A+ is to start at support level and gain some experiance. PC Worls and other retailers gladly take on newly A+ quallified members in an advisory (shop floor) and PC fixing departments at around £17-20K start. Once you have 6mts+ you should be able to go further.
Are you moving onto N+ or Micrososft?

Very few have experience when they go for the A+ Essentials as this is oftern the first certificate that an IT newbie will attempt. Although installing/troubleshooting is a day to day thing as a PC owner and so you could say that everyone has some experience!Good luck
