CERTIFICATIONS !!!

guys if any of you have the time to awsnwer a few questions i would be glad to hear from you or anyone that has any previous qualifications from the company

at the momment i am going to buy the package ccna + ccnp and stuff and i would like to know are the courses prep exams or are they the full reconised qualifications or do you have to sit a final exam at the end of the course or is it provided by the company e-carrers
and is the qualification like the one that you would get out of a technical collage or could you tell me if the qualifications or courses only preperation packs for you to do the real thing i have not bought them yet but i will do if they are the qualification, in which i am able to go striaght into a job after i do the course at e-carrers ..... i would be glad to hear from anyone that has done a course with the company or hear how the formailitys of it go ....
